In our team, our primary goal is that every members and players within the community feels included.
It is then key for us to embody a human connection in our goals and missions for a good evolution.
Building a community
One of the most important missions at Censoria is to assist the players regarding their mental health, throughout their evolution on the esport scene. We also organize social gatherings to help young players building a social circle and avoid marginalisation, which can heavily impact one’s well-being.
Professional Intervention
One of Censoria’s characteristics is the involvement of health professionals in their support, incorporating a more thorough assistance to young players, but also to staff members in formation so they can be ready and comfortable enough to carry out a proper support.
